These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of all applications published by Matt Nordberg (the “Apps”). By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

License

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for your own lawful, personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Apps except as permitted by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Apps for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt the Apps, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data. You are responsible for your use of the Apps and for any content you create with them.

No warranty

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Matt Nordberg does not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matt Nordberg will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Apps, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to the Apps and Terms

Matt Nordberg may modify, suspend, or discontinue any App at any time. These Terms may also be updated from time to time; changes will be reflected on this page along with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
